Tired of trying to figure out what to cook for dinner after a long day at work?

With Home-Time, keep track of what’s in your kitchen, and have recipes from what’s in stock to use. Food wastage in the home, and how we can make a difference, use only available ingredients in your kitchen and stop throwing away food you haven’t used.

We throw away so much food each year because we don’t know what to do with it sometimes, or we don’t know that we have it to use, so we end up buying groceries that we don’t need.

Take away the hassle of having to think about what to cook every day, save money on groceries, make food fun again.

Kitchen inventory/shopping list
Customise your kitchen inventory easily around what you eat the most of, and when you have run out of anything simply click ‘need more’ and it will go onto your shopping list.

Have your own special way of making classic dishes? Add them so Home-Time can use them when suggesting meals.

With so many recipes out there to choose from, Home-Time focus’s on you and what you eat the most of, ingredients you like, and takes away the hassle of having to think about what to eat everyday. We all love food, but some days are long and it’s the last thing you want to think about.

Through the app and our Facebook group (HomeTime Community) we are bringing the issue of food waste in the home and putting a solution into everyones hands. We use our phones for all sorts of social media content, with Home-Time we are taking advantage of one of the best tools we have at the moment, the mobile phone and how we can use apps for good things.

Connect with other members and see what they are cooking, what ingredients they’re using, from all over the world. Together we can all help stop food waste in the home, make it easy, fun, and social.

Thanks to Jay for sharing his app with us today. You can find out more about Home-Time on their website, twitter and facebook. You can download the app here for iOS and Android.
