Audien releases High Hopes

GRAMMY-nominated dance music star Audien returns with “High Hopes,” a soaring new single featuring acclaimed singer-songwriter Shaun Farrugia. Out now via Enhanced Music, the track finds Audien leaning further into the uplifting progressive house sound that has defined much of his career while continuing a strong run of releases in 2026.

“High Hopes” pairs Audien’s signature melodic production with a standout vocal performance from Farrugia, whose credits include collaborations with Martin Garrix, Alesso, and songwriting work for artists including Mimi Webb, The Script, and Sigala. Built around heartfelt lyricism, uplifting melodies, and euphoric progressive house production, the track captures a spirit of optimism and perseverance while bringing together two artists known for creating emotionally resonant dance music.

“High Hopes is everything I love about progressive house,” says Audien“It has that feeling of hope, connection, and emotion that made me fall in love with dance music in the first place. Working with Shaun was incredible, and the moment this song came together I knew it was something special.”

The release follows Audien’s recent single “Sacrifice” with Sam Harper, which has already surpassed 2 million streams across all DPSs and more than 11 million TikTok views since its release. While Audien has continued to evolve his sound over the years, progressive house has remained a constant thread throughout his career, from early breakout records that helped define the genre’s modern era to the melodic, emotionally driven productions that continue to resonate with fans today.

That commitment has extended far beyond the studio through Progressive House Never Died (PHND), the movement; event series, and growing community Audien launched in 2022 to celebrate the genre and the artists pushing it forward. What began as a fan rallying cry has since grown into a nationwide touring brand and festival-style event series, selling out venues and events including Brooklyn Mirage, Echostage, the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, and major Miami Music Week showcases while helping fuel a renewed wave of enthusiasm around progressive house music.

The release also arrives amid a landmark period on the live front. In recent months, Audien has delivered standout performances at The Sphere in Las Vegas supporting Illenium, EDC Mexico, Miami Music Week, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The momentum continues this summer with upcoming performances including Lost In Dreams Festival in Los Angeles on July 12, PHND at New City Gas in Montréal on July 19, and a flagship edition of his Progressive House Never Died mini-festival series at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City on August 1.
