Whilst we should all be admitting how much time away from the TV box that we get, I’m here to say I’M ADDICTED TO TV. I do also get out a bit too you know 😉
Here’s my Top 5 that I’ve been obsessed with recently.
Ah DD (David Duchovny), I’m in love. Hank Moody is a role that cannot be played by anyone else. The programme is insane at times, hilarious at other times and also pushes you to cry heaps sometimes. There’s still a lot of heart here. I’ve probably re-watched the whole series at least 30 times and the withdrawals are bad!
In recent series of this show I felt it was getting too obvious with plot but this series now has been amazing. Naturally, this is it’s last series so is making sure it goes out on a high. The scenes recently with Eli and Alicia have been highly emotional. These two really are the heart of this show.
I do love a good political drama. This has been a firm favourite since the start. The cast is always spot on and the storyline always seems to mirror slightly our present day.
The finale though. The year wait to the next serious!
Series 1 I watched within a week and I’m not sure I’ll beat that time with Series 2 this time around. But I’m cramming it in when I can. Probably one of my favourite comic book characters. But that list is long…
THIS SHOW! Every time you think you’ve worked it out, you’re spun into a new world of deceit. There’s always something going on. Someone finding out something about their past. Someone covering up some crime.
We’re just left open mouthed and counting the days until the next episode!
