Yes I admit I’m a Farmville addict!
This app is not really going to appeal to those who don’t like Farmville as obviously why would you want the app? Anyway for farmers like me, this app is a must have if you want to keep your farm going.
Don’t expect any new things that you are not used to seeing on the facebook version, this is simply your farm lifted out of facebook and onto your iPhone. With saying that this is a app so there are things that you cannot do in the app, you can’t change your avatar and actually for the iPhone version there is no avatar. Also buildings that require materials have to be done on the web version. Simply this is done so that people do not leave the facebook app altogether.
With notifications you’ll be told when someone sends you gifts or when your plots are ready to harvest. I’ve had a few problems with stability problems with older versions but this new update is much better and the “report a problem” advice page has always quickly replied and got the app working better again.
This is a must have farming geek app for me and it’s a definite 5/5. It does however make me more Farmville obsessed though…oops!
