Every Sunday, dailywaffle.co.uk will bring you a quick 60 second interview with a different member of our writing team. Under the microscope this week is our mega-star, multi-million selling author in the making, Kezia (Parneaus).
What / Who inspired you to write?
Ever since I was younger, I loved reading and writing, and I still love it now. I guess you could say I haven’t really grown up yet! My parents inspire me to write, because they always told me they’d back me up with whatever I wanted to do
What advice would you give to someone who wanted to take up writing
Some advice of those of you who want to write: it’s not easy. It’s a learning process; you start with a rock and teach yourself to get diamonds. It’s a hard, and lengthy process, but once you’ve got it, just keep going. Because let me tell you, writing a good piece is one the most fulfilling things. Give it a try, and even if it doesn’t work out, no one can say you didn’t give it a go.
Name 3 people who inspire you
- Steve Jobs,
- my friends,
- and my family.
Give me one fact about yourself
I’ve never been out of this country (NI) before. But hopefully, one day that will change.
What is the most blatant lie you have ever told?
My most blatant lie was to my maths teacher: “Yes, I completely understand this topic.” Maths is confusing.
