As a crazy person I tend to plan waaaaay ahead of schedule, whether it’s for big important things or just a night out.
I have a night out with family coming up soon so I wanted a nice outfit to wear out but didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money. I have a pair of “going out” jeans that I love so I thought I’d just wear them with a nice top, some nice heels and a lot of bling, you can’t really go wrong there.
I tried all of my stilettos, platforms and boots on and as I’ve been living in converse for a long time now they just seemed like so much effort to wear especially when I wasn’t going anywhere overly fancy, but would be going out with friends and family and didn’t really think any of my millions of pairs of converse would be all that appropriate. So what’s a girl to do, I mean shoes make the outfit.
Luckily for me and for my bank account I was given a voucher for Next, now normally I’d only ever shop in the home section of Next, no particular reason why I just love their home accessories and have usually maxed out my credit card by the time it comes to even look in the clothes section. So I thought well as I don’t really need anything for my home why not check out their shoe selection. I love shopping online and have only heard good things about Next delivery service so I thought I’d give Next.co.uk a go.
Well, wow I was like a kid in a virtual candy store. So many nice things to choose from, I regret not ever shopping for clothes and shoes in Next before.
Their Spring/Summer collection is beyond fabulous! I love how they have it organised into different categories, like “City Nomad” “Resort Nights” and “Beach Boutique” all with fabulous “get the look” type images.
Well as I needed shoes I tore myself away from the pretty dresses and cute handbags and went on the hunt for a perfect pair of shoes for my night out, and with over 600 pairs to choose from I knew it would not be easy, turns out it really was. With all the different search options available it was like having my own personal shopper, and magically my perfect shoes just appeared to me.
Aren’t they fabulous?
I opted for the brown/gold/leopard print ones well because I love leopard print and they’d go better with my outfit, but now I kinda want the silver/snake print ones too!
Don’t they look like they could be by Michael Kors? Even better than that they were only £18, ehhh BARGAIN!
Next had them delivered to me in less than 24 hours, I think I scared the delivery man with my giddiness. I was more than happy with my online shopping experience with Next, that I went back and bought another pair of shoes, but they’re so fabulous (and sooo shiny) that they deserve their very own piece, stay tuned.
