Multi-talented Haitian and Dominican-American singer, songwriter and record producer Elijah Blake, popularly known for songs like “I Just Wanna” and “Wonderland” with Keyshia Cole, has released the official video and his song “Here’s To Us” with GRAMMY-nominated hitmaker Toby Gad, known for being behind some of the biggest global hits ever written such as John Legend’s “All Of Me,” Beyoncé’s “If I Were A Boy,” and Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry.” The new video is now available on YouTube HERE.

“Here’s To Us” was originally written by Toby Gad and performed by American rock band Halestorm as part of their 2012 album, The Strange Case Of… and has over 100 million streams across platforms. Gad and Blake recently released a piano-vocal reinterpretation as part of Gad’s PIANO DIARIES – THE HITS (Deluxe) album, which presents Toby’s all-time hits in an emotionally captivating piano-vocal-strings rendition that gives his radio staples a timeless feel. The Piano Diaries version transformed the American #1 Rock anthem into an uplifting celebration of resilience and unity.
The new version released today gets an energetic trap-country makeover that is poised to become a turnt-up bar staple across America. Post Malone and Drake producer Roark Bailey’s hip-hop trap beats combined with Elijah Blake’s soulful vocals create this hard-hitting drinking jam. A cinematic live-action Bonnie & Clyde-style bank-heist music video accompanies the release.
Gad is also the host of the fresh weekly podcast, ‘Songs You Know,’ which features eye-opening conversations with the writers, artists, and producers behind the biggest songs in the world, sharing untold, behind-the-scenes stories.
