I read a lot of other blogs and sites and my google feed is chocka full of good stuff but I’ve always been a bit rubbish at getting round to reading them. I was often commenting to people “oh yes I read that blog of yours” as I quickly hit the address of their blog and quickly screened the piece and went “Oh yep totally agree”… hmm my organised self did not like this.
I tried a few different ways and preferred to read them whilst on the move, a trip on the train can be made enjoyable with a some blog reading. I tried a few apps and most seemed clumsy and actually the word I’m looking for is ugly.
Then I saw Feedly were going to have an app and I was intrigued as I’d heard good things about the web version. Feedly isn’t ugly… unless you don’t like a bit of green 🙂 and it makes you feel like you are reading a magazine. Also it has share options so you can share the blogs you’ve read on twitter. There is not an option to share on facebook which does seem a bit odd, maybe that will come in time.
