It seems like we are turning to baking soda for a cheap at-home hack. But dentists on TikTok are warning that this can wear down your enamel and cause sensitivity. So, this trick should be used sparingly. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with two teaspoons of water and brush your teeth with the paste. Or you can opt for toothpaste that already contains baking soda but in safe quantities.
