The sun was shining and mischief was in the air today as Disney’s Lilo & Stitch: Crate of Mischief pop-up launched at Battersea Power Station. The free, immersive experience opened with a burst of Hawaiian-inspired fun, welcoming fans to celebrate Disney’s latest Stitch product range ahead of the live-action film release on 21st May.
I got to go along today and view the amazing pop-up and was amazed by how much there is it to do – but also not too much so kids aren’t over-stimulated! Thoroughly enjoyed it and it was all accessible and staff were really helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to watch the movie now.
Inside the vibrant crate, visitors step into Stitch’s world – full of mayhem, colour and heart. From custom ‘Ohana’ postcards and a cheekiness test on the Mischief Meter to an interactive Control Room showcasing the new merchandise range, the pop-up delivers playful chaos in true Stitch style.

Visitors can explore exclusive merchandise from a wide range of Disney licensees, including Smyths Toys, Amazon, Next, The Disney Store, George at Asda, Character.com, Hype, Rubies, Hunter Price and Funko – all part of Stitch retail mania.
Outside the crate, the fun continues with stations such as Ravensburger’s Disney Lorcana, offering giveaway and play-along sessions for TCG (trading card game) fans, both new and seasoned. Guests can also enjoy a variety of photo opportunities, including a giant Funko Pop! Box, and explore interactive zones featuring dancing, games, and arts & crafts, along with roaming face painters and balloon artists. Additionally, families can pick up Stitch-themed cupcakes from Lola’s and stop by the Pizza Express van for Hawaiian-inspired treats.
The experience is open all weekend – from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th May – and is completely free to attend, giving fans more chances to step inside the Hawaiian-themed crate and experience the mischief for themselves.

The experience is free and suitable for all ages (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult). It takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, with additional outdoor activities available.
