If you never thought of organising your fridge, or paid attention to how you store the food in your fridge – we would like to urge you to think again! The number of people suffering from food poising is very high at 1 in every 10 people. The way you store your food does have an effect on how fresh it stays. By paying attention and carefully organising how you store your food, you can decrease of completely eliminate the risk of getting food poisoning.
Some foods you keep in your fridge will need to be kept very cold, whilst other don’t. So, how do you keep the balance in a fridge that only has one temperature? It is true that a fridge only has one temperature setting but the temperatures of each compartment do differ.
The temperature of the door rack always changes because the fridge is opened and closed countless times a day, so this is the place you should be putting your drinks. Not only because in most fridges the shape is perfect for drinks but because they can handle the slight temperature change now and then. Eggs, cheese, condiments, and sauces could also be put on the door rack compartment of a fridge.
