We all know how much fun festivals can be with so many different people having the time of their lives. Camping Equipment
There are those that will love the camping experience and others that will prefer to come and go, rather staying overnight. For those who are going to camp you’ll need something similar to pillows, tents, roll matts, picnic blankets and camping chairs. Keeping your camping equipment even after you’ve finished the festival will help you make sure that you have everything, so you’re not forgetting anything.
Toiletries
Toiletries can be something that people forget, but they are going to help you in a fun filled weekend. You will need toothbrushes and so on for your dental needs, but also a few added bits. Deodorants will be needed, especially as festival queues are incredibly long and to help you feel human once again. If the festivals queues grow larger and larger, consider taking a spray bottle filled with water, which can help you clean yourself a little quicker and easier.
Tickets
Tickets may seem like the most obvious on the list, but there are those that will forget. It is important to make sure you have everything from your tickets with your festival wristbands. If you are abroad and have to find yourself using the public transport system on your own, you could find yourself struggling and becoming hugely frustrated. So make sure your tickets are on you and your wristbands are firmly placed on your wrist.
Your Personal Items
Your personal items will include your ID, money and of course your keys. Some festivals will not allow you to have a different name on your ID and ticket, so it is important to read a little further when you’re booking your festival tickets. Glastonbury have been known to turn people away, so ensure you have the small, fine print first.
Money of course is hugely important, especially in another country. Keep your disposable money and cards separate so you don’t feel the need to splash all of your money at once. Festival queues for cash machines can be incredibly long, so ensure that you have enough cash to last you the weekend and your card in case of any emergencies.
Finally, you will need your keys after a long weekend in a festival. If you are known to get a little wild, leave your keys with a neighbour, or in your back garden, so that you know they are there once you get back. It will relieve a little stress and help you enjoy yourself a little more when in another country.
