Ever been on a city break and had the most terrible night’s sleep, which left you feeling all tired and irritable the next day? Us too.

So, research with blinds retailer, Unbeatable Blinds, to find out which UK city breaks offers the best night’s sleep… because when you’re exploring, getting a decent rest is important, right?!

Using data from a number of different sources, they looked at key factors that can affect how well we sleep to bring together a bigger picture of which city you’re likely to find the most relaxing… and they definitely didn’t expect the results they got.

Another survey was done to find out if there was any crossover between the cities that came out top in the research and cities that people consider their favourite visit… and there was!

  1. I think I’d go with Swansea! I lived in Kent and although green… Canterbury can be noisy and air polluted too. It’s very interesting to look at these graphs.
