The Ultimate London Club Guide

After a long week at work you’re going to need to blow off some steam, and what better way to do so than by hitting some of the best clubs in London. To make sure you and your friends get the most out of a night in the capital, here is a list of some of the best clubs you should go to.

Fabric

Let’s start off with a club for those of you who like your nights a little more on the wild side. Fabric is known for its hard-core nights! If all the raving gets a bit much then you can have some chill out time on one of its reclining leather beds. Fabric is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

The Cuckoo Club

If you like nightclubs with a touch of class then this may be the ideal spot for you. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, The Cuckoo Club offers something for everyone. With lavish dining before 11pm, and after that the dining tables are taken away to reveal a large dance floor. You will want to make sure you get yourself on the guest list beforehand, as you may have some trouble getting in, especially on busier nights.

Project

If you love house music and dancing amongst a lively crowd, then Project is definitely the club for you. Its futuristic décor of neon lighting on black backgrounds are the perfect surroundings to drink cocktails and listen to some great music. It’s known to attract large crowds, so if you don’t get yourself on the guest list then you will have to brave the queue and hope for the best.

Dstrkt

Dstrkt is one of the newest and most exclusive clubs in London. On a Saturday night you will be amongst the elite of the capital whilst you sip on a luxurious cocktail. They hand pick every aspect of the club from the drinks, the décor and the crowd. Meaning that the guest list tends to be more exclusive than other clubs, getting yourself on the list is the only way to ensure you’re in amongst the action.

The Roof Gardens

The Roof Gardens offer you something a bit different than other nightclubs. Set above Kensington High Street, the Roof Gardens give you the chance to let your hair down away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of London. The club adheres to a ‘no effort, no entry’ ideology, meaning that you can expect to be surrounded by well-dressed attractive crowds. So make sure you ladies put on your high heels, and gents should leave the trainers at home.

Raffles

If you want to rub shoulders with the rich and famous crowd of Chelsea’s elite, then Raffles is where you want to spend your night out. Several booths and the VIP area surround the mirrored column of the main room. The celebrity lifestyle of a private members club comes at a price, and that price is fairly hefty. If you’re known to cheap out when paying for a round, then you probably will want to look elsewhere.

Again you will want to get yourself on the guest list if you want to stand any chance of getting past the velvet rope, and make sure you dress accordingly.

A night out in London is not one to be forgotten, well depending on how much you have to drink. The sights, sounds and atmosphere of a club in the capital city will be unlike any you have experienced before. With clubs to suit everyone’s taste you won’t struggle to find what you’re looking for on a big night out. Just remember to leave the scruffy clothes at home, and make sure your name is on the guest list.
