When it comes to famous snozzles, there’s nose business like showbusiness, and now, new research has revealed which celebrity hooters Brits are searching for the most.
Research by cosmetic surgery specialists Pall Mall has ranked the top ten most frequently searched for celebrity noses, and leading the pack is none other than Hollywood favourite Owen Wilson.
The Wedding Crashers star has long been known for his distinctive nose, with ‘Owen Wilson’s nose’ racking up 8,020 monthly searches – that’s a whopping 96,240 in 12 months.
In second place is Blake Lively, with 2,240 monthly searches, followed by rapper Drake in third. Other high-profile honkers in the top ten include Ariana Grande, Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift, proving that female celebrity noses are more frequently researched than their male counterparts.
Prof. Ullas Raghavan, a leading rhinoplasty surgeon at Pall Mall, who has enhanced the noses of several well-known UK stars, explains why these noses are so popular.
“Some people are drawn to refined, symmetrical noses like Bella Hadid’s, while others admire the strong, unique features of stars like Owen Wilson or Lady Gaga,” he said.
“The right nose can define a person’s face, and that’s why so many look to celebrities for inspiration when considering a rhinoplasty.”
Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure to reshape this facial feature for aesthetic reasons or to improve breathing. The operation typically takes between one-and-a-half hours to three hours.
“Surgeons refine the bone, cartilage, or both, depending on the patient’s goals,” explained Prof. Raghavan.
“Patients should expect swelling and bruising, with initial recovery taking around two weeks – with full results taking up to a year. Benefits are a more balanced facial appearance, improved confidence and, for some, better breathing.”
No stranger to tweaking famous UK snouts himself, Prof Raghavan, who counts Love Island winner Lillie Haynes as one of his best refined works, added: “We see a celebrity’s nose every day, on screens, in magazines, social media scrolling, so it’s no surprise people start thinking, ‘Would that suit me?’”
In fact, one of the most requested famous noses the expert is quizzed on all the time, would need a royal seal of approval.
“Kate Middleton’s nose comes up a lot during initial consultations,” revealed Prof. Raghavan.
“Her nose has the perfect balance of elegance and proportion, its gentle slope and refined tip complement her features beautifully, making it a timeless example of natural-looking harmony.”
Other sought-after celebrity snozzles mentioned between Pall Mall walls include fellow Love Islander Cally Beech as well as Social Media Influencer and Makeup Artist Lydia Fowler, also both patients at the leading private healthcare provider.
Model, socialite and Justin Bieber’s wife Hayley Bieber is also rhino-referenced frequently.
“The irony is what looks great on one face might look completely out of place on another,” added Prof. Raghavan.
“A nose isn’t just a feature; it’s a key player in your overall look.”
