Russell Wallace, Travel Insurance Expert atInsureandGo, comments: “There’s no end to the experiences you can have while travelling, with so many different countries and cities around the globe just waiting to be explored. In some instances, however, travelling to the same place repeatedly can in fact, provide a richer experience. Bringing with it a deeper understanding of a destination, along with local insights and maybe evendiscovering some hidden gems.
“We were really interested to see exactly which global destinations are drawing tourists back more than others, and it was fantastic to see such a variety of wonderful places around the world ranking so highly, according to genuine reviews from travellers.
“Although travelling to the same place can bring with it a sense of familiarity, it’s important to be as prepared as you would be if you were travelling somewhere new. Always be sure to buy your travel insurance as soon as you book your trip, to ensureyou’ve got comprehensive insurance in place if anything happens before or during your holiday.”
